These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ignitte application, website, and related financial operating software (the “Services”).
Ignitte is operated from New South Wales, Australia.
1. Bookkeeping Tool & Financial Disclaimer
IMPORTANT NOTICE: NOT REGISTERED FINANCIAL OR TAX ADVICE
Ignitte is an automated software application and continuous ledger recording tool. Ignitte is not a registered accounting firm, Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), registered tax agent, or chartered financial advisory institution. Calculations for estimated GST, VAT, BAS, or sales tax liabilities are algorithmic estimates for informational and organizational convenience. Users are responsible for verifying records with a licensed accountant before filing official tax returns.
2. Permitted Use & Accounts
By creating an account or using Ignitte, you agree to:
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your device and authentication keys.
- Provide lawful business transaction data.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the local CoreML models.
3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Subscriptions and in-app upgrades are processed securely via Apple In-App Purchases. Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, and any courts hearing appeals therefrom.
