These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ignitte mobile application and related services (the "Services").
Ignitte is operated from New South Wales, Australia.
By downloading, accessing, or using Ignitte, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
1. Services
Ignitte provides AI-generated motivational speeches and synthesized voice audio based on user inputs. The Services are intended to support motivation, productivity, and general wellbeing.
2. AI Content Disclaimer
Content generated by Ignitte is for motivational, general wellbeing, entertainment, and productivity purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, fitness, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use any generated content and any actions you take based on it.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use Ignitte to:
- break any applicable law
- generate harmful, abusive, threatening, hateful, violent, or self-harm-promoting content
- interfere with, damage, or misuse the app or backend systems
- attempt to bypass safety controls, usage limits, billing protections, or account protections
- infringe the rights of any other person or entity
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
5. Purchases and Credits
Ignitte may offer consumable credits through Apple In-App Purchases.
- Payments are processed by Apple.
- Credits may be consumed when using paid features.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value except where required by law.
- Refund requests must be made through Apple.
- If a refund is granted, we may adjust associated credits or entitlements accordingly.
6. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
7. Privacy

8. Intellectual Property
Ignitte and all related software, branding, content, design, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, lawful use only.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other non-excludable law.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the Services will always be available, accurate, or fit for your intended purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
12. Market Availability
Ignitte is not currently being launched for the European Union market.
